Bioanthropology

Explore the world of biological anthropology and archaeology. Examine the evidence and processes of human evolution and of culture change. Study primates, fossil hominids, and prehistoric culture and society while investigative the tools they used. Finally, understand the process of race, variation, and heredity through environment and human biology.

Virtual Field Trips (VFTs) are topic based educationally rich experiences that are captured during real expeditions with scientists doing current research. These VFTs are being used in high school and college classrooms to supplement topics such as early life, microorganisms, biodiversity, and ancient civilizations.
